The above data is necessary in order to fulfil our obligations to you:

Our booking engine is powered by Sirvoy (sirvoy.com). The data that you provide during the booking session will be processed by Sirvoy Limited a company registered in the Republic of Ireland (“Sirvoy”). Sirvoy will handle guest data securely and confidentially, in accordance with their terms and conditions. When the you provide credit card details or other financial information during the booking process, Stripe Payments Europe Limited (“SPEL”), an Irish company operating under Irish law, will act as the data processor.
Live chat
We offer a live chat feature to facilitate customer service. Data recorded via live chat is held on the live chat platform provided by Tidio.com. Tidio Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin, 81 Wojska Polskiego Street (70-481, Szczecin, Poland) will act as the data processor. This is their privacy policy.
To help us assist you during the live chat, we may collect contact data, for example your name and email address. We will never ask for sensitive information such as credit card details.
