Our terms of stay

When making a booking on our website, you agree to the following house rules.

1. Check-in time is 3-11pm.
2. Check-out time is until 11am. Late check out can be agreed upon for an additional fee.
3. The minimum age for check-in is 18.
4. No pets allowed.
5. No parties or events allowed.
6. No smoking allowed in the building. Smoking will trigger the fire alarm and incurs a penalty of 500 zloty.
7. No outside visitors allowed after 9pm on short-term stays.
8. Out of respect for other guests and our neighbours, guests need to be quiet between 10pm and 7am.
9. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of 100 zloty.
10. Please take care not to lose any remote controls for devices.
11. Please take care of the furnishings.
12. No illegal substances allowed.
